Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Before turning vegan I used to look forward to a cooked turmeric egg breakfast most mornings. So finding a vegan alternative has been important.
A couple of weeks ago I started to use Clear Spot organic original tofu to create mock scrambled egg. Now I’m a girl who likes a dryish texture, so found using a little garlic olive oil, some turmeric, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper creates a great tasting mock scrambled egg. Combined with some beans, fresh veggies and meat alternatives of your choice .
