The Sugar Grip

Sugar is loosening it’s grip on me and while i’m delighted, it’s quite unnerving to let go of something you’ve used as a crutch for so long. I’ve used refined sugar to sooth me in many a situation, from relationship breakups to getting through work loads. It’s been a gradual diet change to get to this point, where i’m starting to crave savoury foods over sweet ones. My emotional, mental and physical connection to sugar was strong and i’m not sure if veganism has helped but i’m defiantly eating more veg. Now to work on those carbs…
